  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 egg
  • 500g of good-quality beef mince

Once you are ready to BBQ, remove the chicken from the bowl and add to the grill, making sure to baste the meat with any excess marinade, until fully cooked. Griddled Corn On The Cob

Cooking corn on the cob on a BBQ is easy and delicious and is an instant crowd-pleaser. Sometimes, BBQs can be a bit heavy on the meat options and grilled corn on the cob is a welcome addition to any gathering, no matter if your guests are vegetarians or meat-eaters. To make, put 4 cobs into a bowl of cold water (or as many as needed) and allow to soak for 30 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix together butter, fresh coriander or mint and red chilli until soft and combined.

After 30 minutes, remove the cobs from the bowl and shake off any excess water and put each cob onto a sheet of foil. Spread the butter evenly over each of the cobs and wrap up in the foil. Cook the wrapped cobs on a medium heat for 25-30 minutes, making sure to turn occasionally. After cooking, open the foil carefully, making sure not to burn yourself or lose any of the delicious flavoured butter!
