To try this simple honey baking recipe to make super fluffy pancakes, you will need 75g plain flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 2 eggs whisked together with 90 ml of milk and butter.
Whisk together the ingredients until you have a batter with some small lumps – a slightly lumper batter means fluffier pancakes! – and melt a lump of butter in a warm, not hot, frying pan. Ladle in the mixture and wait until bubbles appear, and burst, on the surface before flipping. To make the delicious honey butter, beat together 200g unsalted butter, 2 tbsp milk and 3 tbsp of our Regal Organic Wildflower Honey until pale and fluffy. Banana and Date Cake With Honey Glaze
This banana bread is sticky and sweet, with a buttery, honey glaze and is a fantastic honey baking recipe that the whole family will love. The ingredients to make this cake include: 175g softened butter, 200g self-raising flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, 100g light muscovado sugar, 2 eggs, beaten, 3 tbsp of Regal Organic Acacia Honey, 3 ripe bananas, 100g Regal Premium Mabroom Dates (destoned) and 50g of chopped walnuts. For the glaze, you will need an additional 2 tbsp Regal Organic Acacia Honey, 25g butter and 50g chopped walnuts.
To make this delicious honey baking recipe, heat your oven to 160ºc and grease and line the tin of your choice. Add the flour, butter, cinnamon, sugar, eggs and honey to a mixing bowl and mix until well combined and you’re left with a light and fluffy mixture. In a separate bowl, mash the bananas and chop the dates into small pieces. Mix the mashed banana and dates with the cake mixture and spoon into the tin. Bake for around 50 minutes, or until firm to the touch, and cool. To make the honey glaze, put the butter and honey into a pan and bring to a gentle boil, stirring until melted, and leave for around a minute until the glaze has thickened. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the walnuts and leave to cool. Then, spoon over the top of your cake and leave to set.
Honey, Apricot and Almond Flapjacks

To make, you will need 180g unsalted butter, 140g light brown sugar, 140g Regal Organic Wildflower Honey, 310g rolled oats, 125g Regal Dried Apricots, 100g flaked almonds, ½ tsp of sea salt.
First, preheat the oven to 190ºc and line a square baking tin with greaseproof paper. In a pan, add the butter, sugar and honey and heat gently, stirring regularly until the sugar has dissolved and the butter has melted. Chop up the dried apricots and stir the oats, almonds, chopped apricots and sea salt into the butter mixture until well combined. Add the mixture into the lined tin and press down with the back of a wooden spoon. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a light golden colour, and leave to cool before cutting into squares.
