Ingredients: 1 pack of chicken thighs and 1 pack of drumsticks. Regal Jerk Chicken Marinade 4 tbsp. Lemon & Herb Marinade 4 tbsp. Cooking oil 3 tbsp. Cucumber slices, pomegranate seeds, lettuce and avocado (optional)
Method: Firstly, score the skin of the chicken thighs, then place the thighs and drumsticks in separate large bowls. For a healthier alternative, you could cook the chicken under a grill, or if the weather is looking promising, why not cook on the BBQ!
