You could win a £50 gift voucher from Regal Foods, if you purchase one of our Iftar or Suhoor gift boxes between April 3rd and May 22nd 2020.

Terms and conditions:

  • Entrants must be 18 years or over, and have a permanent UK address.
  • One winner will be randomly drawn from a list of customers of a Regal Foods Products PLC Iftar or Suhoor gift box purchased betweenApril 3rd and midnight on May 22nd 2020.
  • The prize is one Regal Foods gift voucher worth £50 valid for 6 months.

 

Full terms and conditions Ramadan 2020 Competition 

 

  1. The promoter is: Regal Food Products PLC (company no. 04729485)] whose registered office is at Regal House, Wallis Street, Bradford, BD8 9RR.
  2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Regal Food Products PLC and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  3. There is no entry fee. A purchase of either the Regal Food Products PLC Iftar Gift Box or Regal Foods Suhoor Gift Box is necessary to enter this competition.
  4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. Route to entry for the competition is via the purchase of a Regal Food Products PLC Iftar Gift Box or a Regal Food Products PLC Suhoor Gift Box between April 3rd and May 22nd 2020. Proof of purchase may be required, which will include the entrant providing a purchase order number or name and address that was used when completing the order on shopatregal.com.
  6. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  7. Closing date for entry will be midnight Friday 22nd May 2020. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
    • Purchase a Regal Food Product PLC Iftar Gift Box or Suhoor Gift Box from shopatregal.com between April 3rd and May 22nd 2020 to be automatically entered into our Ramadan 2020 competition.
    • On Saturday 23 May 2020, the winner will be randomly selected via a prize draw. The winner will be announced on Tuesday 26th May at the latest across all relevant Regal Food Products PLC social channels. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and to pick a replacement winner.
    • Once postage and Gift Voucher options have been finalised, Regal Food Products PLC will send out the prize. Entrants require a valid email address to accept the Gift Voucher.
  10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  12. The prize for the individual winner is as follows: 1 x Regal Food Products PLC Gift Voucher worth £50 and valid for 6 months to be used only online via the Shop At Regal website (https://www.shopatregal.com). Regal Food Products PLC does not take any responsibility for any extra cost accrued above the stated £50 gift voucher.
  13. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  14. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  15. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  16. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  17. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Regal Food Products PLC not to any other party. Regal Food Products PLC is dedicated to protecting personal data as per GDPR.   •  Regal Food Products PLC will judge the competition and decide on the winner, which will be picked at random from all successful purchases of a Regal Food Products PLC Iftar or Suhur gift box worth £X.XX between April 3rd March and 22nd May 2020.
  • Regal Food Products PLC’s decision as to those able to take part and the selection of the winner is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
  • Regal Food Products PLC shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
  • Regal Food Products PLC also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
